Public pages and forms
Northbound’s public website does not include advertising trackers, analytics tags, tracking pixels or third-party embeds. Our enquiry and AI registration forms do not set cookies or use local or session storage for your details or package choices.
The website does not offer optional tracking, so there is no cookie consent banner. Sending a form does not give permission for tracking or unrelated marketing.
Package choices and temporary information
A selected package appears in the contact page’s URL so that refreshing that page preserves the choice. The URL contains the package identifier, not your form answers or discount code. You can change the selection or choose “Not sure yet”. Opening the contact page without a package in its URL starts a fresh selection.
Form entries, an unsent enquiry reference, animation controls and the homepage chooser’s dismissed state are held temporarily by the page. Northbound does not save those entries to browser storage. A successfully submitted enquiry is saved on our server, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
Your browser may separately cache downloaded pages, fonts and images, retain browsing history, restore a tab or offer autofill. Those are browser features controlled through your browser settings. Visitors who used an earlier version may still have an old package choice in session storage; the current website does not read or update it.
Page-loading recovery
If a page cannot load correctly, the website framework can temporarily store the requested page address in session storage to prevent a repeated reload loop. This is a delivery and recovery safeguard. The record contains a page address, which can include a package choice; it does not include form answers or discount codes. It is removed after a successful navigation or when the recovery limit is reached, and session storage normally ends when the tab is closed.
Hosting and account access
OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare provide the website and its enquiry database. Loading a page sends technical information such as your IP address, requested address and browser request headers to the hosting service so it can serve and protect the website. The hosting service can also set security cookies. Cloudflare’s __cf_bm cookie helps distinguish visitors from automated traffic and expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. It is separate from the public forms and is not used for advertising. See Cloudflare’s cookie explanation.
Protected owner sign-in is a separate service and may use authentication and security storage. The client portal is not open. Public enquiry and AI update forms do not require an account.
Fonts, social links and payments
Fonts, the Northbound logo and interface resources are served from this website. Visiting a public page does not request fonts from Google or load an Instagram feed, TikTok video, map, booking widget, payment form or chat service.
Instagram and TikTok links take you to those services only if you follow them. Separately supplied Stripe payment links also leave this website. These services receive your visit and apply their own privacy and storage rules; consult their notices before proceeding.
If this changes
Any future feature that requires consent must stay inactive until that consent is given. This explanation will be updated if the website’s storage or third-party services change.
