Our own studio website brings two services into one place, with a client request portal being tested separately. An in-house project you can explore for yourself.
Up to five individually designed pages, with layouts considered separately for mobile and desktop. Includes a contact form and basic page titles and descriptions.
Pro booking setup is for one staff calendar, with services, available times and email confirmations. We confirm the working booking system before you agree or pay.
One revision round means one consolidated set of feedback on the agreed brief. Build payments are £124.50 deposit and £124.50 before launch. Hosting, domains and provider fees are separate.
Up to eight individually designed pages, with layouts considered separately for mobile and desktop, a contact form and basic SEO.
Local SEO setup covers local page titles and descriptions, service-area wording within your agreed pages, and Google Business Profile setup or review where your business is eligible. You provide accurate business details and complete any provider verification. Ongoing SEO campaigns are quoted separately.
Ultimate booking setup adds multiple staff calendars, reminders, booking payments, cancellation and rescheduling, and custom questions. We agree the staff, calendars and supported features before you pay.
Two consolidated revision rounds are included. Build payments are £174.50 deposit and £174.50 before launch. Hosting, domains and provider fees are separate.
A tailored build from £349, with pages, integrations, booking needs and SEO scope agreed in writing. Mobile and desktop layouts are individually designed.

The practical details.
What will I pay after the build?
The build is a one-off payment: 50% deposit and 50% before go-live. Management starts at £39 per month and includes hosting. Domain registration, paid booking tools and other third-party subscriptions are separate; we confirm these costs in your quote.
Who owns my domain?
Your domain stays yours. We can help connect it to your website, and we’ll confirm who manages renewals before launch.
What if I stop monthly management?
Hosting is included while your management plan is active. If you leave, we’ll agree the handover to your own hosting or any separate hosting arrangement. Email hello@northboundweb.co.uk before renewal to cancel at the end of your paid month. We confirm the end date and handover arrangements.
What does a booking integration include?
Pro covers one staff calendar; Ultimate adds multiple staff, reminders, booking payments and custom questions. We confirm the working system and any separate running costs in your quote before you pay. Northbound Bookings is in development and is not yet available for live customers.
How do update hours and extra work work?
Pro Management includes 2 hours of updates each month; Ultimate includes 4. We check each request against your plan and agree extra work before charging. Unused request time goes towards checks, maintenance and small improvements that month. We email a summary of the work; major changes need your approval.
